Our Yoga Therapy practices build on the same principles as our asana classes, to deepen the changes in your body and alleviate specific points of tension or pain.  Yoga Therapy is highly effective for the prevention of and recovery from surgery; rehabilitation from acute or reoccurring injury; sustained pain management; tension relief; and deepening of your personal practice.
